Sadly on Saturday June 21st 2008, one of our members Butch Davis died in a car accident. We wish our greatest sympathy to the family of butch. We will all miss him.
Today we had yet another successful Combat Day between ourselves and Flying Tigers. There was a BBQ, tons of laughter and great conversations....oh yes and great crashes as well
We will try to have another combat day one last time in September for those of you that are now addicted (hint hint Bill)
Thanks to all of you that came out to fly in this event or just to watch...even though it rained, we still had a GREAT TIME!!!!
This is a notice to all members that the club trainner is NOT to be used for PERSONAL use. The trainner is intended for visiting spectators who wish to give flying a try. It's not there for use if you crash your aircraft or if you forget something for yours.
I would like to officially announce that Paul Molnar has accepted the position as our new Field Manager today! We know he will do a great job and we just want to say thanks Paul for stepping up to the plate.
Also, a GREAT BIG THANK YOU goes out to our new field manager for fixing the club's wood stove pipe as well as for donating the club's new wind socks which have already been added to our flying field!! GREAT JOB PAUL
You can now post videos on the side. You just need to have the file posted on the internet somewhere and it must be in .swf format or .flv format. So you tube videos will work!
